*Week-Long Commemoration of 100 Days in Office: Princess Muhibat Titilola Rufai Presents Stewardship and Achievements in Ojo Local Government*
The Executive Chairman of Ojo Local Government, **Hon. Princess Muhibat Titilola Rufai**, has marked her first 100 days in office by personally presenting an account of her administration’s achievements, celebrating shared progress with residents through a week-long programme of activities.
The commemoration began on Monday, 15 December 2025, with a media briefing held at the Ojo Local Government Secretariat. During the session, the Chairman outlined key milestones recorded since the inception of her administration and reaffirmed her commitment to transparent and people-centred governance.
At the briefing, Hon. Rufai introduced her administration’s development blueprint, the **WHACES Agenda**, focusing on **Works, Health, Agriculture, Capacity Development, Education, and Sustainability**.
Within her first 100 days, notable progress has been made in infrastructure and environmental development. Several roads are currently being reconstructed, while multiple boreholes have been restored and installed across different towns in Ojo to improve access to clean water.
In the area of health and social empowerment, a newly constructed and equipped Primary Healthcare Centre in **Taffi and Ajangbadi** is completed. The administration also organized breast cancer screening for over **500 women**, reinforcing its commitment to preventive healthcare.
Youth and education development have remained a priority. Over **100 youths** have benefited from free ICT and digital literacy training and will graduate during the 100-day celebration. In addition, the Chairman launched a **Back-to-School Initiative** alongside a **free feeding programme** now running in all public primary schools across Ojo Local Government.
To support education further, indigent students who successfully passed the bursary screening will receive their awards, with funds paid directly into their bank accounts during the week-long activities.
In agriculture, vast riverine land has been secured for the cultivation of crops such as rice and tomatoes. This initiative is aimed at boosting local food production, reducing food prices, and creating a ready market within Ojo, eliminating the need for farmers to transport produce to Badagry.
Media organisations including **The Nation Newspaper, Globe Telly, Ijoba Ibile, Ibile Update, MITV**, and others were present and engaged the Chairman with questions on the WHACES Agenda, which she addressed extensively.
Dignitaries in attendance included :
