Changing the face of the Council Secretariat, the Executive Chairman Hon. Rasulu Idowu has commenced the renovation of the Secretariat Administrative Blocks.
Rather than the usual painting and repainting of the surface, this time the walls will be cladded with a combination of thick glasses and metallic plates to give the buildings a better mature and beautiful look.
